Window installation in Miami

Miami homes come in every style and age, and many still have older windows that need shutters before each storm. Impact glass handles that job full time, and it also quiets city noise and keeps out a lot of heat.

Miami-Dade County is inside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, the strictest building code in Florida. Every window on your Miami job carries approval for that code, and our team handles the permit and each inspection.

Real customers, real installs

Omar and his crew were my installers. They left the house in a clean orderly state. Juan was our inspection tech. He was very helpful and patient dealing with the county inspector.

Here in Miami, FL we were assigned Melissa's team. Despite the many windows to change out, her crew got to work to provide a very short completion time with accuracy and expertise.

Window installation questions

Good to know

Who issues the permit in Miami?

Your permit comes from the City of Miami if you are inside city limits, or from Miami-Dade County if you are not. We handle the filing and inspections.

What is the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone?

It is the strictest part of the Florida Building Code, and it covers Miami-Dade and Broward. Windows here need approvals for it, and the ones we install have them.

Do impact windows reduce noise?

Yes. The laminated impact glass quiets traffic and neighborhood noise while it blocks heat and UV.

When does the work start?

Your windows are made to order, so installs generally begin 6 to 12 weeks once the permit and any HOA approval are done.

Can I call at night?

Day or night. Our line at 786-654-8273 is open 24/7.
