Every product we install comes with its manufacturer's warranty, and our own work is covered too. These are the same warranties written into your contract.
10 years
Manufacturer's warranty on ES Windows, CGI, PGT and ECO, plus a 5-year glass delamination warranty. ES Windows covers glass delamination for 10 years.
30 years
Limited lifetime warranty, non-prorated and fully transferable to the next owner. Includes glass breakage coverage: we supply the replacement glass at no charge, once per opening.
Up to 40 years
40 years on metal roofs and 30 years on concrete tile. Shingle roofs carry the CertainTeed 4-Star warranty for 25 or 50 years, and flat roofs 20 years.
1 year
If anything we installed is not right in the first year after completion, we come back and fix it. We carry $5M liability insurance and $1M workers' comp.
Your exact warranty is listed in your contract. We activate your manufacturer warranties when the job is complete and send you the paperwork within 30 days of final payment.
